Take
Time 24
These 8 week Personal Development Courses and follow
up Groups will be for anyone who would like to Take Time to think and
talk about changes in their life. These changes might be chosen or
enforced, planned or have already happened.
They will allow
participants in the Take Time Personal Development Courses and Groups to
Take Time out each week to think through changes, talk about them and develop
skills for dealing with them positively. It will use the highly motivational and
supportive nature of Personal Development
Courses and Groups such as Slimming World, as well as life coaching and NLP
techniques, to ensure that goals are set and that these goals become a reality.
During the Take Time 24 Personal
Development Courses and Groups participants will have fun and meet people; establish
vision, values, priorities and goals in all areas of their lives; develop skills
for making positive changes; develop control, confidence and self-esteem; make
changes in priority areas and create plans for future development .
Groups will be small with a
maximum of 10 participants. They are led by an experienced personal development
trainer with leadership, mentoring, coaching and NLP qualifications.
