Remember that
time you were talking about going to a place where there was a wall of
cassettes, a flying woman, Turkish lights, an exhibition wall full of local and
international artists, a giant birdcage and an ace jukebox but it didn’t exist
yet? Remember? Well, good news, it’s now a real place and not just some fever
dream. Oddest in Chorlton is now
open and it is, quite frankly, bloody marvellous!
Building on the
worldly weird décor of its older sisters’ Odd and Odder, Oddest
has an eclectic yet relaxing environment which welcomes all people from all
walks of life. By day a mild mannered space to do some work with our free WIFI
and enjoy food from our wonderful and vegetarian/vegan friendly menu or bring
the kids and try our fab kids menu and let them draw on the table cloths while
they wait.
By night a
vibrant, super awesome place to hang out with friends and drink and dance the
night away. Join us every Wednesday for the knowledgeable yet fun explosion
that is Quizimodo and test your wits against those of other Chorltonites! At
the weekends be prepared to have your brain and feet giddyfied by John Stammers
at Over The Hill on Fridays by everything from Beatles-style experimentation to
wild exotic country cussers then bring your funkiest funk jacket for Saturday
night’s and be entertained by the finest of Manchester DJ’s.
Oddest brings you a different experience on the 2nd Sunday of the month with live acoustic acts at our
band night, With a Little Help, in aid of the Nordoff Robbins Charity and Oddest's brand new film night from Pylon Pictures is on every 1st Monday! All free entry!
