Habitual Fitness has set up in Chorlton!
 
Fitness professional Kirsty Whyte founded Habitual Fitness to offer fitness training, sport massage and nutrition advice. Kirsty offers Fitness Pilates, suitable for all levels of fitness; 1-1 Fitness, for those who want a more detailed approach to reaching personal fitness goals, and Running the Easy Way, a six week course designed to help new and returning runners. Kirsty will also offer tailor-made training for corporate customers, including lunchtime sessions in the work-place.
