Using a Shamanic process which is allowing nature, the Earth and Sky energies to facilitate letting go of ‘out worn’ habits and patterns, (mental, emotional or physical) which no longer serve us. By transforming the old we can then bring about the alchemy which can serve us in good health, peace of mind, deeper relationships,  fulfilling our potential and  deepening the connection with our Spirit.
Weaving together Astrology, Colour Light Therapy, Dream work, Spiral Star Medicine, Shamanic and Reiki healing to your individual needs, giving a unique way of healing. Together we will create your individualised Energetyc Medicine plan. I will create a safe space for you, to enable your healing and change, we will work at a pace which suits you.


SPIRAL STAR DANCE A Gentle Shamanic Dance Practice one Friday a month. We will be moving within our own ability, step and tempo. As the evening begins we enjoy light-hearted dancing to warm up with great music. We can then focus our attention on the areas in our bodies, which call to be moved, bringing more energy, coming home to self. Then giving permission to our soles to move our soul, we embody through dance becoming our own teacher. SHAMANIC WOMEN'S DAYS & CIRCLES
Part of my service is by taking Women through a right of passage into Womanhood with an on-going Shamanic Women’s group. “Most of our society has forgotten the rituals which enable the passage of important times. This work enables the possibility of deepening our connection with the potency of being a woman, reconnecting with other women and the Earth”. There are  also one day events to introduce women to some of the Native Americans rituals and ceremonies.  I started working with the Shamanic path long ago when a Guide came to me from the Native tradition; these ways have enabled my deeper connection with the Earth. In these changing times this way of coming together is essential.
