The Grate Debate
7.00pm till 8.30pm

‘Go Scrawl On Your Own Wall, Graffiti Anti-Social Art’

Councils spend millions of pounds erasing it. Young graffiti artists spend millions creating it. Is graffiti OK so long as it’s on someone else’s wall? Would you give graffiti artists the keys to your home? On the continent, even the walls of people’s houses get the graffiti treatment

Some companies spend thousands funding graffiti, and there’s people who making a living out of it. So is it people’s art or anti-social art?

Have your say in ‘The Grate Debate’
