ihulahoop classes last 1.25 hours and aim to give you the space to get a good work out with your hoop and have loads of fun learning all the tricks and skills you need to move, in your hoop, o'so sassily and slinkily.
The aerobics session may just about break you into a sweat and is intended to be a low impact workout and a bit of a giggle. We work on and toning and strengthening, including arms, legs but mostly we want to get our core section super strong (and maybe a bit slim - yippie!)
ihulahoop dance section involves learning tricks & moves & developing into your style of hoopdance. We use various types of music to allow you to move in different ways and really explore playing & dancing with your hoop.
i specialise in hoops that are 38-40" in diameter as these allow a sassier and slinkier, slower and sexier style of hoopdance. But they are also great for breaking down lovely-but-stubborn-squidgy tummies, especially post baby tummies, and getting them extra trim. i provide hoops and have them for sale
Hula hooping is just about the most fun you can have in an exercise class. Come & learn to dance & move with a hoop whilst getting a good aerobic work out & toning your body for the summer.
Hula hooping for just 15mins per day for 2 months will reduce your waist by 2". Just hoop while watching half of Corrie then get the kettle on!

Wednesday: 7-8.15pm
Aerobics / fitness focused class with some beginners tricks to spice things up a bit. Excellent for core strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness and brilliant for nailing the hoop basics.
